HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Determine what the slideshow is for (birthday, rehearsal dinner, anniversary, graduation, etc.)
2. Decide on which package you want (either Bronze, Gold or Platinum)
3. Gather and organize all your materials (paper photos, digital images, video clips, printed materials)
4. Select your music (we can help you with that, we can send a list of suggested music)
5. Send us your materials (paper photos, digital images, video clips, printed materials)
6. We will then create your one-of-a-kind montage, you will be able to see a preview prior to production. We’ll even show you a series of drafts so you can give feedback and request edits along the way.
7. We mail the completed DVD back to you along with all the materials you originally sent to us.
Do's and Don't for sending us your photos:
DO
-
Put the photos in the order you want them shown in the video by writing the photo number on the back, in a corner, very lightly using a pencil or pen. DO NOT use a magic marker or felt-tip pen EVER
-
For photos with captions, write the caption on a Post-It note and stick on the back of the photo, or on a separate sheet of paper numbered
-
Pack the photos carefully so that they stay in order. You can use envelopes to keeps groups of photos separate
DON'T
-
Send us photos loose in an envelope or box and ask us to put them in order for you. Photos will have to be returned.
-
Do Not use a magic marker, felt-tip pen or a highlighter to number your photos.
-
Never Use Scotch tape for anything!
-
Tape the photos to a sheet of paper
-
Use Post-It notes on the front of the photos (put only on the back)
-
Use paper clips or binder clips to keep photos together; they tend to come apart.
